I believe that you are the expert on your lived experience and that, at all stages of life, you will have strengths to build on as well as challenges you want to work on to achieve your goals.
As an experienced and accredited practitioner, I have taught individuals with EF challenges from Primary to Post-Graduate level and have studied the impact of EF challenges in education, in the workplace and on skills for life to Doctoral level.
Using our joint perspectives and knowledge we can work together to build strategies and approaches for you to achieve goals that are important to you, live authentically and feel better regulated.
